Responsibilities
• Greet and escort customers to their tables
• Menu presentation and food detailed information, when requested (portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies)
• Daily table set-ups preparation
• Wine knowledge, recommendations, and wine presentations
• Taking and serving food and beverage orders
• Increasing sales when possible
• Process cash and credit card payments
• Providing excellent customer service to the guests

Qualifications
• High School Diploma
• 2 years of proven experience as a F & B Waiter/ess
