• Cocktail preparation and Wine Knowledge
• Preparation of “Welcome Drinks” for the passengers
• Responsible for the Sundeck operations such as “ice cream party”
• Responsible for increasing sales and bar revenue
• Bar inventory, calculation of the inventory usage
• Monitoring the procedures for sanitation and cleanliness at all times
• Dealing with complaints, problems and special requests from guests with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
• Assisting the bar waiters and providing training when necessary to achieve the company’s performance standards

• At least 1 to 2 years of hotel or prior ship experience
• Knowledge of beer, wine and other alcoholic drinks
• Cocktail preparation and drink service skills
• Good communication, management and organizational skills
• Ability to work alone and as a part of a team
