Your Role

As part of our HR team, you’ll take on exciting, hands-on responsibilities that make a real impact:

· Manage recruitment for our river cruise teams, directly or through global agencies.
· Handle visa applications and coordinate travel and accommodations for our crew.
· Ensure team members meet company standards and facilitate seamless onboarding and handovers.
· Maintain and update our crew database, oversee working hours, and review pre-payroll details.
· Collaborate with teams across departments to improve and innovate HR processes.
· Thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities with ease.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone with:

· At least 2 years of experience in HR or the hotel catering industry.
· Excellent communication skills in English (bonus if you know German!)
· A collaborative spirit and a knack for teamwork.
· Confidence with standard IT tools and the ability to adapt to new systems.
· A curious mindset, eager to learn and develop new skills.
