HR GENERALIST

What will be your main tasks?
· Manage recruitment for our teams on board, directly or through global agencies.
· Handle visa applications and coordinate travel and accommodations for our crew.
· Ensure team members meet company standards and facilitate seamless on/off boarding and handovers.
· Maintain and update our crew database, oversee working hours, and review pre-payroll details.
· Collaborate with teams across departments to improve and innovate HR processes.
· Thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities with ease.
Qualifications and Skills
· Excellent communication skills in English (bonus if you know German!)
· A collaborative spirit and a knack for teamwork.
· Confidence with standard IT tools and the ability to adapt to new systems.
· A curious mindset, eager to learn and develop new skills.
