CORPORATE FRONT DESK MANAGER

The Corporate Front Desk Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the front desk of the entire fleet of river cruise ships and other hotel facilities. You will supervise and manage the Team of front desk managers and receptionists to provide outstanding daily customer service. In addition, you have the exciting responsibility of bringing the ANQOR brand to the forefront of all documentation and signage used on all our ships.

What will be your main tasks?

· Improve or develop and manage all forms & documentation and train the ANQOR Team in the correct use · Train and mentor present and new front desk staff · Assure accurate records of guest accounts and transactions · Monitor and control expenses and invoices for cruise closing · Manage and control check-ins and check-outs procedures

Qualifications and Skills

· Min. 3 years experience in hospitality management or related field · Proficient in the use of software from RESCO, Microsoft Office, Sharepoint / OneDrive · Excellent communication skills in English (German is a bonus) and interpersonal skills · Able to handle difficult and complex situations in a professional manner · Excellent organizational and time management skills
