Responsibilities

• Managing the accommodation team ( 8 to 10 cabin stewards/ess), planning and preparing work schedules according to the guest occupancy
• Ensure housekeeping procedures and training checklists are in place, maintained, and adhered to
• Ensure the team is trained, motivated, and focused
• Liaising with reception services to coordinate the allocation accommodation of guests and crew
• Coordinate on daily basic cabin checks in order to ensure that hygiene and health and safety regulations are met and cabins are up to the company’s standards

Qualifications

• High school Diploma
• At least 1-2 years experience within the hotel industry in a relevant position, ship experience will be considered as an advantage
• Good communication, management and organization skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work alone and as a part of a team, Flexibility
