• Check in/out guests in an efficient and friendly manner
• Prepares and settles bills accurately through credit card or cash transactions
• Handles all guest interactions
• Dealing with complaints, problems and special requests from guests with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
• Follows all safety rules while on the job.
• Reports accidents promptly and corrects minor safety hazards
• Assisting anQors Frontdesk Manager and reporting to anQors Hotel Manager when required
• Helping on loading days
• Assisting in other departments


• German and English is a must
• At least 1 to 2 years of hotel or prior ship experience
• Motivation, Strong Communication skills
• Excellent customer care, well-organized, pro-active and reliable
• Team player, ability to work under pressure, flexibility
